As part of the merger between Synoptik and Smarteyes, ALIVE organized an exciting full-day event at Odeon in Odense, focusing on both professionalism and celebration
A clear vision
Six hundred employees from across the country gathered in Odense to mark the exciting merger of the eyewear companies Synoptik and Smarteyes and celebrate their impressive achievements for the year.
The day’s program began with a conference focused on the core values and objectives now shared by the two companies.
This part of the event featured talks, presentations, and Q&A sessions from the stage, while an adjacent hall was set up as an exhibition area where participants could explore a wide range of products, from eyewear brands to advanced optician equipment.
Award show and party
After the various presentations on stage and in the exhibition area, the event shifted from a professional to a social gathering.
The evening featured an award show led by the well-known hosts Lars and Lars from Synoptik and Smarteyes.
In addition to the award presentations, performances included Benjamin Hav & Familien and Medina. To conclude, Synoptik’s own DJ LT got everyone dancing.
