ALIVE handled the idea development, planning, and execution for the energy company Danish Commodities’ annual two-day company trip.
Party in beautiful surroundings on Funen
The beautiful surroundings of Bamstrup Estate on Funen provided the setting for festival-inspired days for the Danish employees of the energy company Danish Commodities.
Upon arrival in Funen, guests were paired up and settled into glamping tents set up on the estate’s expansive lawn. The morning was filled with activities in tepee tents, engaging presentations, wilderness baths, saunas, and great food.
In the evening, the event transformed as guests moved into the estate’s stunning banquet hall, where a delicious three-course meal, DJ, bar, and dancing until dawn awaited.
ALIVE delivered an A-Z solution for the entire project, handling venue selection, setup of the area, wilderness baths, saunas, glamping tents, and the entire event at the estate, as well as transportation to and from Funen.
Practice makes perfect
Because Danish Commodities always needs staff at their offices, and can’t give all employees a “free weekend” at the same time, the event at Bamstrup Estate was held as two identical events over two weekends.
