Halina Sophia Ulstrup-Hansen

Halina Sophia Ulstrup-Hansen has been a part of the ALIVE family since the summer of 2024. She graduated from DMJX with a professional bachelor’s degree in Communication and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Experience Communication at Roskilde University. As part of her education, Halina has chosen an internship at ALIVE to combine her theoretical knowledge with practical experience at one of Denmark’s leading event agencies.

Halina comes from a background as a marketing coordinator in an event company. Here, she discovered her budding passion for the event and hospitality industry and how she could combine her interest in communication with the coordination and planning of events. This passion led her to pursue a career in the event industry with a focus on project coordination. Her fascination with the dynamics that arise during the planning and execution of memorable experiences drives her daily work in creating event solutions for various clients.

With a strong knack for coordination, Halina has a keen eye for both the small details and the big picture—elements that are crucial for creating successful events and event strategies. She is a dedicated team player who always strives to meet clients’ needs and desires to perfection. Halina believes that the best results are achieved through close collaboration and a combination of creativity and precision.

For Halina, a good day at work is when all the pieces fall into place and things run smoothly. Therefore, Halina is in her element when she gets to work with both clients and suppliers and can see everything come together perfectly on the day of the event, ensuring that both participants and clients have a great experience.
